RETURNS AND MISSING ISSUES
In the event of damaged goods or if for any reason the product is not suitable we request that the purchaser notifies us within 7 days of receipt. In this event, or if you think your goods have gone missing, please contact us by telephone on 020 8752 8195 (0044 020 8752 8195 if abroad) or email hello@metropolis.co.uk. We will endeavour to replace, refund or provide a reasonable alternative in as short a timeframe as possible.
DAMAGED GOODS
We may require the recipient to return damaged goods or to provide proof of the damage. Please follow the Returns procedure listed above.
